for one Permanent part-time (20-25 hours/week - unlimited) .

As an all-rounder, you work both at the reception and in the office
Breakfast service - and that's exactly what makes your work with us so varied and exciting.

A brief overview of your daily tasks...

…at the reception:

• Check-In / Check-Out of our guests
• Individual & personal guest care
• cash management
• Daily tasks according to standards (arrival control, room allocation, etc.)
• Communication and cooperation with our housekeeping
• Receiving, forwarding and processing all telephone calls, emails and reservations
• Management of the booking portals

…in the breakfast service:

• Assembling and dismantling the breakfast buffet
• Preparation of hot dishes (scrambled eggs, play eggs,)
• Beverage service (coffee specialities, tea...)
• Preparation of the breakfast buffet for the next day
• develop and implement creative ideas for our breakfast buffet

Our wishes to you:

• Completed vocational training in the field of hotel management is desirable, but not a must! Also like lateral entrants
• Very good knowledge of German is essential for our job, good knowledge of English is desirable (our international guests are happy about further foreign language skills)
• Safe handling of the common MS Office programs (Word & Excel)
• Have you ever worked with a reservation program? Great, because the basic principle is the same for all programs. If you haven't been able to gain any experience yet, we'll teach you that very quickly.
• You like to work independently, are open to new tasks and have a feel for the needs of our guests
• With your charming and friendly demeanor you make our guests feel good
